3D (CBCT) scans give us the ability to view your mouth from three different perspectives with high clarity, allowing proper diagnosis and treatment planning for a variety of conditions.
This technology, in combination with CEREC scanned images, provides the ability to digitally plan a crown and implant before any clinical work is ever done. Once the implant is digitally planned we can then mill out a surgical guide which provides unparalleled accuracy for the placement of your dental implant.
CEREC technology allows for a crown to be completed in a matter of hours, start to finish. There is no longer a need to take an impression or fabricate a temporary. When you leave our office, you leave with your permanent, highly esthetic crown in place.
Implant Surgical Guides
With the use of 3D technology, we have the ability to produce a surgical guide for the placement of your dental implant. By using a surgical guide you can rest assured that your implant will be placed to a pre-planned depth and angulation, adding safety and ultimately better results.
There are a variety of applications for the use of lasers in the field of dentistry. Laser uses range from periodontal treatment, gum tissue recontouring, and even to help alleviate the discomfort from a canker sore.
In certain instances your treatment may require recontouring of the soft tissue or gums. If this is indicated, laser dentistry provides several advantages including more predictable results and improved healing time.
